i'm thinking the basic format is going to end up looking something like that. it needs to be easy to parse. there's not much more to say right now, because i'm kind of in a hurry. 34 sets total, so 1.9 minutes per set on average. NHN after weight stands for helen newman hall, because i dont know if their scale agrees with the one at teagle yet, so for now i'm going to be keeping track of that. i rowed for 7:52 and generated 100 calories for a power of 781 cal/hr. hmm
